To be safe, we recommend downloading a copy of their Voucher on the ‘Thank You’ page once your order has been completed or from ‘Completed Order’ email that you will receive. • Specials/discounted vouchers must be used during the time period stated on the voucher. If the special is not used in this period, it will be converted to the rand value paid by the customer and will be valid for 3 years from date of purchase

• In the event of the client arriving late for the booking, the therapist will attempt to provide as many of the treatments as possible in the remaining allocated time
• At the time of making your booking please quote your voucher number in order for your booking to be secured
• On arrival please present your Gift Voucher/Voucher code as treatments cannot commence without a valid voucher code

Cancellations Terms for all Vouchers:

• On the day of your treatment: 100% of voucher value
• 24 hours before your treatment: 50% of voucher value
• 48 hours before your treatment: 25% of voucher value
